Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they're packed. Open the order and tap 'Cancel'. If it's already shipped, start a return instead.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Cut-off is 2pm local time on weekdays. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can update the address before the order is packed from Account → Orders. Once shipped, contact support and we'll try to reroute it.

Why do I sometimes see graphical glitches in Chrome?

A small number of Android Chrome and WebView combinations may occasionally show rendering issues — such as flickering, horizontal lines, or duplicated images while scrolling — that are related to the browser rather than the website itself. If you run into this, open Account → Preferences → Display & performance and turn on Graphics Compatibility Mode. It switches to a simplified graphics path that can improve stability, is purely visual (it never affects your account, orders or payments), and can be turned off again at any time.
